Become a

Well-Defined

Leader

Stop relying on command and control. Master the hidden mechanics

of self-regulation and executive presence in 6 weeks.

You’ve mastered the market. Now master yourself.

  • The problem: Hidden patterns and reactivity sabotage trust and your effectiveness as a leader.
  • The trap: You end up renting your authority instead of truly owning it.
  • The shift: Calibrate the #1 variable in your business—you.

The Well-Defined Leader Program

PHASE 1: Diagnosis

Weeks 1—2

Goal: Expose the hidden patterns in your operating system, and establish your True North. We separate the objective data of your situation from the subjective narrative that is secretly draining your influence.

PHASE 2: Protocols

Weeks 3—4

Goal: Operationalize your new awareness. We replace reactive habits with a governing set of protocols that allow you to maintain composure under pressure. You will learn to stop absorbing your team’s anxiety (over-functioning) and shift from “fixing problems” to coaching performance.

PHASE 3: Impact

Weeks 5—6

Goal: Deploy your new operating system to drive revenue. We shift from internal mastery to external impact. You will learn to differentiate between operational noise and systemic challenges, ensuring you stop applying “quick fixes” to deep-rooted problems. We conclude by mapping your precise location in the business lifecycle to eliminate the guesswork of growth and cement a strategy that outlasts the program.

Is The Well-Defined Leader Program For You?

It’s a great fit for…

  • Leaders who feel they are “over-functioning” to compensate for their team.

  • Executives who realize their own reactivity is the bottleneck to company growth.

  • Business owners ready to trade “command and control” for genuine influence.

It’s NOT a great fit for

  • Leaders seeking a purely tactical “management 101” framework.

  • Those looking for a “quick fix” to revenue problems without addressing culture.

  • Anyone unwilling to do the uncomfortable work of self-diagnosis first.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the 50 other leadership books I’ve read?

Most leadership training focuses on tactics—how to have a difficult conversation, how to run a meeting, how to set goals. The Well-Defined Leader Intensive upgrades your operating system. We focus on the internal mechanics of self-regulation and presence. You don’t need more tactics; you need the capacity to wield them without getting hijacked by anxiety or hidden patterns you can’t see (but others can).

I’m already a successful executive. Is this too "basic" for me?

Success has many meaning. If you are successful but exhausted, this is exactly for you. Many leaders achieve success through “over-functioning”—carrying the weight of the team and forcing results through sheer will. This works until it doesn’t. This program isn’t about learning how to be a boss. It’s about learning how to stop “renting” your authority and how to lead without the heavy cost of constant reactivity.

I don’t have time for a heavy academic course. What is the workload?

We designed this for active operators, not students. The content is high-signal, zero-fluff. Expect to spend 2–3 hours per week engaging with the material and the cohort. The “work” isn’t writing essays; it’s applying the protocols in real-time to the meetings and decisions you are already handling that week.

Is this just "theory" or will I leave with tools?

Theory without application is useless. The program is structured in three phases: Diagnosis, Protocols, and Impact. By Week 4, you will be building your own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for emotional regulation. You will leave with a literal playbook for how to handle high-stakes pressure, specific to your personality and leadership style and context.

What is the format?

100% Virtual. We meet weekly for Live Sessions via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. In-person sessions are available upon request.
