Kurt André
Founder
Kurt André is a transformational strategist who has spent 30 years coaching and building high performing teams. He has expertise across social, private, and government sectors. Kurt’s pioneered his own leadership and coaching methodology – The Well-Defined Way.
His broad range of skills includes executive coaching, advising, public speaking, communication, team facilitation, and navigating conflict. An active consultant, he also helps independent coaches and consultants build their own practices that scale.
Among many credientials, Kurt is certified in The Predictive Index, a certified ICF coach, and a StrengthsFinder master. For fun, he tinkers with his 1965 Mustang convertable.
